Located in what is called the “triangle of Madrileño art,” the Museo Colecciones ICO promotes an ambitious yearly program of temporary expositions with the aim of offering a more complete and comprehensive vision of contemporary art. Likewise, the Museo Colecciones ICO aims to discover the different facets of the artist's role nowadays; and the different ways of conceiving a work of art or creative processes. 2009/10 PROGRAMM This time, visitors will have the opportunity to see a significant sample of Contemporary Art Museum funds that preserves the Collections ICO. Through a selection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and photographs of more than twenty Spanish artists of the second half of the twentieth century, they will approach his creative universe and the many ways and techniques will be employed to create a work of art. Following a visit by the theoretical and practical through showroom where visitors enjoy this type of didactic; the workshop will be later an opportunity that every family will experience various ways and instruments to create their own contrasts under a common artistic project.
