Christmas Architecture Workshop for teenagers “Living the architecture”

Madrid

Museo ICO. Calle Zorrilla, 3. Madrid.

As part of the yearly Museo ICO and hablarenarte: educational programe, we have booked some days during Christmas holidays for teenagers, with the workshop “Living the architecture”, designed for participants aged 13 to 17, and based on the exhibition “Carlos Arniches and Martín Domínguez. Architecture and Life”.

Taking the abovementioned exhibition as a reference point, we will deepen into the time where Arniches and Dominguez work took place; their creative processes, through different learning dynamics; and the way of producing, in a cooperative way, links between the exhibition and the young participants. These activities will be framed in a space that we will intervened following the characteristics of the era these architects developed their work in.
