DINAMO #5

Frictions and Tools for Collective Construction is a programme held at Centre del Carme, in collaboration with Txelu Balboa (ColaBoraBora) and the participation of Natalia Hecht (Brunnenpassage - Viena) on the 17th and 18 of May 2018.

These sessions are framed within DINAMO, a programme for international knowledge exchange between independent cultural projects. DINAMO is searching for new forms of transfering and generating knowledge.

Along with international experts from different areas, DINAMO has also been developed at Centro Huarte (Pamplona), La Casa Encendida (Madrid), and Instituto Do It Yourself (Madrid). It proposes a collective and experiencebased learning programme that includes a specific diagnosis of each participant project.

This edition continues the work started in 2017 with DINAMO#3. Networks and Collective Pedagogies, contributing to new perspectives on the analysis of processes in context and tools for collective construction. Through an open call, 12 projects related to mediation and education are selected to be part of a workshop of reflection and learning using participants' projects as case studies.

Open call: April 19th - May 3rd

Dinamo #5 is based on 3 core lines:

EXPANDED LEARNING AND SITUATED KNOWLEDGES

This program gives voice to the knowledge and experience of participants, breaking the hierarchy of "knowing-power". Participants' projects will be the main material to work with in a tutorized peer-to-peer workshop.

PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND METHODOLOGICAL EXPERIMENTATION

Dinamo#5 detects frictions in the projects of the participants and works collectivelly on the way to overcome them. During two inmersive sessions, we will work on context casuistry and tools to facilitate collective construction.

CONNECTING DIFFERENT POSITION IN AN ECOSYSTEM

Dinamo#5's goal is to connect and strenghten relations between active agents in Comunidad Valenciana. Furthermore, it aims at activating an open dialogue between independent projects and Public Administration, in order to articulate new ways of participation in public centres.
