Palacio Real de Madrid. Calle de Bailén, s/n. Madrid

The State Society for Cultural Commemorations and National Heritage, with sponsorship from the Rafael del Pino Foundation, will be holding the temporary exhibition, “Ilustración y liberalismo, 1788-1814”, in the Palacio Real de Madrid exhibition hall.

The passage from absolute monarchy to constitutional monarchy, the advances made under enlightened ideas in all fields of knowledge, the development of the arts and sciences, and a heightened awareness of artistic heritage are just a few of the themes that visitors can find out about in the guided visits programme organised by hablarenarte:

A selection of emblematic exhibits will enable visitors to understand the key features of the exhibition narrative and appreciate the wealth and variety of the assets held in the collection.
