Promotion of Spanish Contemporary Art in ARCO 2017

Madrid

IFEMA, Halls 7 y 9

The programme for promoting Spanish art in ARCOmadrid 2017 consists of devising a professional and personalised tour for the international guests at the fair, led by curators who are either Spanish or resident in Spain.

The aim is to enable each professional guest to meet with gallery owners and artists within their sphere of interest. This  service provides a unique chance to see the fair through the eyes of a specialist curator on the Spanish scene, thus encouraging future partnerships between Spain and other countries.

We invited the following Spanish curators to work with us for this programme: Ana García Alarcón, Alejandro Alonso, Jordi Antas, Ana Ara, Angel Calvo Ulloa, Jaime González Cela, Tevi de la Torre, Diego del Pozo, Martim Dias, Tamara Díaz Bringas, Sonia Fernández Pan, Alba Folgado, Emilia García Romeu, Semiramís González, Estrella Jimenéz, Mariano Meyer, Andrea Pacheco, Manuela Pedrón Nicolau, Pedro Portellano y Bernardo Sopelana.
