Hablar en Arte now has a permanent team of four professionals:

Javier Martín-Jiménez (Madrid, 1978) is President of the cultural association Hablar en Arte and Director of its main projects.
He holds a degree in Arts History with the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, was general coordinator of “PHotoEspaña 2007. X Festival Internacional de Fotografía y Artes Visuales”, and director of activities of the same festival in the editions of 2005 and 2006. He was coordinator of the magazine Revista Doce Notas and colaborator of the art magazines Lápiz and Sublime.

Alvaro Molina Martín (Madrid, 1978) is vice president of the association, director of educational projects, and responsible for designing and editingmultimedia resources for several museums and cultural institutions. BA in Art History and DEA by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, is a member of R & D "Cultura Visual Contemporánea". He combines his work in the research area with the education and outreach at the museums, working in various educational projects of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia (Program <18) and the Fundación Lázaro Galdiano.

Sofía de Juan Sánchez (Madrid, 1978) handles the coordination of the educational programs and she´s also the photographer of the organization. y fotógrafa de la asociación. BA in Fine Arts with the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and she has worked as an assistant for many national and international photographers such as Donna Ferrato, Carlos Spottorno and Rafa Gallar. Since 2006 she combines her educational work for the association with her artistic work in countries like India, Turkey, Nepal, Portugal, France or United States. Her work has been published in several international media such as DReppublica delle Donne, El Mundo, Belio magazine, Zut magazine or Ariadna Magazine. como DReppublica delle Donne, El Mundo, Belio magazine, Zut Magazine o la revista Ariadna. Among her clients, we find organizations such as Ministerio de Educación, La Fábrica, La Noche en Blanco, Círculo de Bellas Artes, Hummel, Ayuntamiento de Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, Warner Music o Subterfuge Records.

Sören Meschede (Stuttgart, 1976) lives in Madrid and works since 2007 in Hablar en Arte. He is mainly occupied with the conception and planning of new cultural projects. He holds a degree of Filosofy and Laws with the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Since finishing his studies in Berlin in 2004 he lives and works in Spain. Before enrolling with Hablar en Arte he as worked, among others, for Berlinale, PhotoEspaña and Comunidad de Madrid as a cultural coordinator. He is writing for several German and Spanish publications.
