INGRÁFICA 09. Reality or Fiction. |
From November 6 to December 13, Ingráfica again took over the museums and streets of Cuenca . The festival featured more than 20 exhibitions and displayed under the general theme “Reality or Fiction,” and exhibited the works of both established and up-and-coming artists.
The second edition of Ingráfica revolved around the general theme “Reality or Fiction,” which conceptually tied together the different exhibitions and allowed for reflection on drawing and the other artistic disciplines of the twenty-first century. Furthermore, in an effort to investigate alternatives to the established methods of art exhibition, Ingráfica intended to increase the visibility of art projects within the city and promote new forms of “consumption” of art .
Among these new forms was “Ingráfica Exchange—A Picasso in Your Living Room,” a fun proposal especially designed to involve the citizens of Cuenca.

| Miniworkshop of “Plastianimation” in Camon Alicante |
July 21-23, 2009
Camon Alicante
Avd. Ramón y Cajal 5
“Plastianimation” is a technique that can be as complex as its creators want. With more than a thousand possible ways to create this or that aspect, the method has become a collection of small fires burning in the minds of the most motivated plastianimators. But there is not only one purpose—it can also be a naïve and intuitive technique that can be played with… and that may serve as the inspiration for future plastianimators. Hablar en Arte has organized a workshop with the Spanish master of plastianimation, Pablo Llorens. The filmmaker, winner of the Goya for Best Animated Short Film for “Enigma del Chico Croqueta” (2005), directed the miniworkshop from July 21-23 at the CAMON in Alicante . The workshop aimed to provide an introduction to working with plastic and how this material can come to life through stop-motion. After a brief lesson on the history of film production with plastic, attendees will produce their own short animated films + info |

Programming for the exhibition "Eulalia Valldosera. Dependencias " |
MNCARS.
February 3 – April 20, 2009
The Exibition, Eulalia Valldosera Dependencias, organized by the Reina Sofia, recovered an ample selection of works by this artist that spans from 1990 until the present. It was designed to meet two objectives. On one hand, to present the most recent works ( Dependencias, a monumental installation of participatory character), that has been produced specifically for this exposition and because of that one could say that Valledosera has opened a new cycle in her life. On the other hand, she has revised the evolution of her work since the beginning until the end of the eighties, incorporating her notebooks that have been poorly represented in previous exhibitions, to give knowledge to her intense period of reflection between the years of 1990 and 1992.
Hablar en Arte collaborated in this exhibition as mediators coordinating the program room, which helped you find and discover the interaction with the works by the visiting public.
