Art Galleries in Madrid

a3bandas is a program of curated exhibitions in contemporary art galleries that are held simultaneously during two months approx. It interconnnects curators with gallerists, brings new artists into the galleries and opens the doors of contemporary art galleries to a much broader public, seeking to achieve maximum quality exhibitions by combining the efforts of galleries, curators and, of course, artists.

a3bandas has been held in Madrid each April and May since 2011 and has become a fixed event on the calendar of contemporary art in Spain. Its first two editions were conceived and directed by Virginia Torrente, who continues to collaborate as a member of the advisory board. The hablarenarte: association coordinates a3bandas since 2013.

The celebration of the fourth edition will take place from Saturday, April 11th to Saturday, May 23rd 2015 in Madrid. For further information: www.a3bandas.org
