In these times of lockdown, when reality forces us to pause, to connect from a distance, and to appreciate the intangible, we’d like to share with you the recordings from the first edition of Músicas memorables. With this playlist, we invite you to journey to the heart of every story, every memory, every emotion...

These songs emerged from the work carried out during the project’s first edition through oral tradition workshops, listening and creation residencies, reunions, and public performances. Each track is accompanied by liner notes and the song lyrics, allowing us to delve into the intimacy of each one and, for a moment, become part of the process.

The team involved with Músicas memorables (Julián Mayorga, Sole Parody, Christian Fernández Mirón and hablarenarte) would like to thank all the participantes in the project in Madrid, Valencia and Huarte as well as the cultural institutions who hosted and supported the project.
